Review:
The movie makes you realize how amazing the makeup was for Tilda Swinton in Snowpiercer. She looks completely different.
Anyway, back on topic. I was in the perfect mood to receive this movie. Depressed. It’s slow moving with tons of music and historical references. There isn’t much of a story, it’s more like a glimpse into the lives of Adam and Eve. The vampires Adam and Eve.
There’s no action, mild violence, language, and boobies. Tilda Swinton boobs.
It was entertaining, but not my normal type of movie. I think the mood I was in really helped me enjoy this better. Adam, Tom Hiddleston, was depressed and his wife came to help him out of it. Naturally her sister came and ruined everything, but they just continued on with their lives and moved on.
The movie appealed to how I was feeling but I’m not sure if I would recommend it.
3/5
