New Disney Toybox Figures on the Disney Store Website

Just yesterday I posted that Simba and General Grievous had been spotted in stores. Now it looks like them as well as a new Stormtrooper are available. Simba didn’t end up being more expensive than the others. However, General Grievous is $14.99

If you’re looking to pick up any other characters Darth Maul appears to be the only one on sale right now. If you spend $75 or more you’ll get free shipping. So keep that in mind.

Lists will be updated shortly.

New Disney Toybox Figures

Sorry for the horrible photos. I haven’t seen these in person and had to screen shot what SuperSorrel has posted.

Anyway…holy cow I was not expecting a General Grievous figure!! That is so cool! I need some better pics to look at the details, but just the fact that he exists is exciting. I missed out on the Jango Fett and Mandalorian figures so as soon as I see Grievous online I’ll be placing an order.

It’s nice to see a new addition to the Disney line as well. Simba is an obvious choice. With the inclusion of Zazu I wonder if that means he’ll be on the higher price range.

As usual I’ll be updating my lists and I’ll post as soon as I see them online.

Disney Toybox New Play Set

We’ve got a new play set on the Disney online store this morning. A Stitch Rocket Ship. The ship has working headlights, space sounds, missile launcher, and a trapdoor. It looks pretty cool, honestly. The wheels move, but it appears as though there’re just two so I’m not sure how well it will stand on it’s own. There aren’t any pictures of the bottom so hopefully there are more.

The older playsets and character sets are still on sale. That includes some of the newer ones as well. The sale makes them a much more manageable so now is the time to buy them.

Disney Toybox New Play Set

We’ve got a new set showing up in the Disney Store online today. It’s an Iron Man Hall of Armor Play Set. It comes with an Iron Man figure and two different add on suits. The figure itself doesn’t look different than the last one that came out. The suits appear to click on and I believe will work on any already released Iron Man figure.

It seems like Disney is focusing on Play Sets right now. I can see how that would bring in a younger audience, so hopefully kids like it so we continue to get cool figures.

Disney Toybox Gift Sets

This morning I checked the Disney store and there were new gift sets and play sets. Mickey Mouse and Friends, Spider-Man Figure Set, Slave I, and Zurg’s Lair.

Zurg’s Lair comes out of nowhere. It’s been a while since we’ve had any Toy Story figures released, there hasn’t been a new movie or even a short, so I definitely wasn’t expecting it. Slave I was less of a surprise, especially after the most recent Mandalorian episode.

The Mickey Mouse set is $50. Since none of the figures appear to be showing up in the Disney Store anymore, if you missed any of them this would be the time to pick them up. You’re not really saving any money, though, so if you find them individually it would be cheaper.

I believe this is the first time that Spider-Hulk has been available. So if you’re trying to collect all the Hulks this might end up being the only way. The TIE Fighter pilot has yet to be available any other way than the set. So if you want Spider-Pig or Zurg, this might be the easiest way for you.

With Christmas coming it’s not much of a surprise that these are being released now. These are pretty expensive sets, ranging from $35-50. This is going to be a very tight year, financially, for a lot of people, unless they decide to put these on sale I’m not sure how many people will splurge for them.
